The Inspire STEM Youth Workforce Development program is a pathway program by NSBE Boston designed to expose students from Environmental Justice communities to clean energy career paths. Our mission is to enable students to secure stable and growing career paths while becoming stakeholders in the clean energy industry.
The Inspire STEM Program is an immersive 8-week summer experience designed to prepare rising and graduating high school juniors and seniors from Boston and surrounding EJ communities for careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Students gain real-world exposure through mentorship, hands-on learning, and professional development.
