NSBE Boston’s Collegiate Support programs strengthen the pipeline between higher education and the professional world. We equip students with mentorship, networking opportunities, and real-world exposure to help them excel academically, build confidence, and launch successful careers in STEM. By connecting students to professionals and industry partners, we ensure every member has the tools and relationships to thrive beyond graduation.
Our mentorship program connects collegiate members with working professionals who offer guidance on academic development, career planning, and personal growth. Mentors help students navigate challenges, identify strengths, and build confidence as they prepare to enter the workforce.
We partner with leading companies to create direct access to internships, co-ops, and full-time roles. Through networking events, company tours, and professional panels, students engage with industry leaders, gain real-world exposure, and develop relationships that open doors to future opportunities.
We provide ongoing support for NSBE collegiate chapters across Greater Boston through funding, event participation, and collaboration. NSBE Boston professionals attend and contribute to student-led events—offering workshops, panels, and resources that strengthen chapter engagement and enhance the student experience.
